WHAT IS HIGH REZ FITNESS?


HIGH REZ FITNESS IS A 55 MINUTE TOTAL BODY WORKOUT THAT COMBINES STRENGTH TRAINING, CARDIOVASCULAR TRAINING, PLYOMETRIC TRAINING, INTERVAL TRAINING AND FITNESS DANCE.

*Each workout has  a different point of emphasis which allows for “muscle confusion” and for you to keep seeing results!

*If you like to work hard and sweat to good music while having a great time, High Rez Fitness is for you!


WHAT DOES A TYPICAL CLASS LOOK LIKE?

Though each class is slightly different, High Rez Fitness always follows a pre determined order.

MINUTES 0-5 : FITNESS DANCE WARM-UP 

  • Pre-choreographed with basic steps including: jumping jacks, high knees, squats, lunges, dynamic stretches, grapevines, and booty-shaking!

MINUTES 6-49 : UPPER BODY, LOWER BODY AND CORE WORK

  • Possible Formats: Circuits, Intervals, Tabata Intervals, Stations, Partner Work
  • Equipment Used: Steps (always used), Dumbbells, Barbells, Jump Ropes, Sliders, Mats, TRX, Kettle bells, Sandbells, ViPRs … the possibilities are endless!

MINUTES 50-55 : FITNESS DANCE COOL DOWN

  • Pre-choreographed with basic dynamic & static stretches
