Chia Seed Pudding

They aren’t pretty but they are undoubtably a superfood! I have long been throwing Chia seeds into my banana muffins, but I started craving a sweet treat and have been religiously making Chia Seed Pudding. It takes 30 seconds to make and a few hours to fully set and can be enjoyed over several minutes 🙂

Heres some info about these little seeds-chia-seeds

  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • Optional: splash/touch of sweetener of your choice

Making it:

  • Put the chia seeds into a 1 cup pyrex container or your cup or bowl of choice
  • Pour in the milk (plus some more … I fill up my 1 cup container)
  • Stir thoroughly
  • Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight

Enjoying it
