Low-impact activities can help alleviate joint discomfort while promoting flexibility and balance. Strength training becomes crucial to counter muscle loss and maintain bone density, mitigating the risk of osteoporosis. Additionally, emphasizing cardiovascular exercises not only assists in weight management but also enhances heart health. It is my goal to create a supportive environment where my clients feel understood. This topic has been taboo for too long; its time to empower women to embrace this transition with confidence and vitality.
