Meet Meg! A 29-year-old health, fitness, wellness and nutrition enthusiast. Meg works as a health and PE teacher, personal trainer, group fitness instructor and nutrition educator. She loves to be outside, travel, reconstruct recipes, and bop around different fitness studios.

Fitness Fun
Tennis, swimming, running, group fitness, weight-lifting, hiking, biking, dancing and kickboxing are SOME my favorite ways to work out, but I always love trying new things like Bari, Yoga, and Pilates Reformer 🙂
Travels
Traveling is a huge part of my life. I have been to the Azores (Portuguese Islands), Japan, China, North Korea, Mexico, Antigua, Dominican Republic, Brazil, backpacked through Europe and more! I am a very frugal traveler and love to share my tips and tricks of the trade!
Background/Inspiration
If anyone needed to lose weight and become more healthy it was me. During high school, my PE teachers inspired me and taught me to love activity. They helped me learn to love to MOVE, lose weight, love myself and my body, and they helped me to have a better outlook on life. It is my goal to do the same for others! ❤
